Job summary

Omega Resource Group in Nottingham is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain electrical, mechanical and building assets across retail stores. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance, log tasks and ensure safety procedures are followed.

You will supervise a Maintenance Assistant, coach them in company processes, and prioritise work to meet contract SLAs while managing costs and efficiency.

Qualifications

• C&G 2382 (18th edition) required.
• Level 3 core electrical qualification required (examples: C&G2330, C&G 2365 with relevant experience, C&G2365).

Key Responsibilities

The role will involve carrying out planned and reactive maintenance and repairs to a range of electrical, mechanical and building assets in retail stores in an efficient and cost-effective manner, whilst complying with the specified Company Health and Safety procedures.

• Complete all necessary PPM's and ensure all PPM remedial tasks are accurately logged and actioned, ensuring legal compliance.
• Supervise the Maintenance Assistant (MA), provide regular coaching and support them to perform their role in line with company processes.
• Prioritise maintenance and repair work to achieve agreed timescales and contract SLA's.

• Level 3 core Electrical qualification (examples: C&G2330, C&G 2365 with relevant experience, C&G2365)
