• Injection moulding experience is desirable but not mandatory.

Function: Plant Maintenance Technician
Reports to: Maintenance Manager
Shifts: Rotating Monday to Friday
6am-2pm | 2pm-10pm | 10pm-6am

Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Plant Maintenance Technician, you'll be a key player in ensuring our equipment and facilities run at peak performance. Your daily tasks will include:

1. Installing, repairing & maintaining machinery to minimise downtime
2. Diagnosing & fixing mechanical and operational issues
3. Keeping accurate records of maintenance and performance data
4. Suggesting & implementing improvements to boost productivity
5. Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards
6. Training operators on equipment safety
7. Managing spare parts inventory to eliminate unnecessary downtime

What We're Looking For

Essential:
NVQ/City & Guilds/HNC or equivalent degree/apprenticeship
Experience in plant maintenance

Desirable:
Injection moulding experience
