Job Description:

You will be responsible for:

• Following our Business Code of Conduct and acting with integrity and due diligence, with specific risk responsibilities.
• Ensuring all Tesco sites are safe and functioning environments for customers and colleagues.
• Following the planned work schedule to achieve first-time fix, maximizing productivity and effectiveness.
• Delivering high-quality work standards across the estate, with continuous improvement.
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders.
• Working closely with team members, sharing best practices and knowledge.
• Using problem-solving skills and innovation to develop solutions for key issues.
• Owning tasks at a local level through to completion/resolution, informing stakeholders as needed.
• Developing through the maintenance pathway.
• Driving your own monthly 1-2-1 sessions with your line manager.
• Using mobile devices to drive best practices in work completion and updates.
• Using business systems to support asset lifecycle management.
• Representing the Tesco brand with positive behaviors and pride in wearing the Tesco uniform.
• Attending meetings, providing input and feedback.
• Supporting KPI delivery through skill application and business systems.
• Supporting a diverse and inclusive culture.

Relevant Experience:

• Completion of a Recognised Apprenticeship or Trade Proficiency Test
• Bricklayer C& G 6217, 6314, 6619, 6219, 6570, 6715 or NVQ or equivalent or B/TEC ONC/HNC Construction and the Built environment
• Digitally confident; can operate mobile phones and tablets for workload, emails, teams, and business systems
