Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group in Flixton is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine and reactive maintenance on manufacturing machinery, support both mechanical and electrical maintenance, and work within a fast paced site. You will collaborate with the Engineering Team and report to the Engineering Manager, contributing to equipment reliability and production efficiency.

Location: Flixton

Salary: Up to £53,000 + Excellent Benefits Package + Training and Qualifications + Overtime

Shifts: 4 on 4 off Days & Nights

Role Overview:

• Perform routine and reactive maintenance on manufacturing machinery and equipment
• Support mechanical, electrical, and general maintenance activities as required

About you:

We are seeking a proactive and motivated individual with a minimum of an NVQ Level 3 in either mechanical or electrical engineering who is ready to take the next step in their career.

We welcome candidates with a background in manufacturing who are eager for a new challenge and have experience in both planned and reactive maintenance roles.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to root cause analysis and problem-solving, possess excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues at all levels, and be a true team player who is keen to learn from others, share knowledge and support the wider team.
