Job summary

VervLife seeks a Maintenance Technician for The Dome Apartments at 88 Wood Lane, London. You will perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure residents enjoy a safe, well‑maintained living environment and respond promptly to requests and emergencies.

You will inspect electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, coordinate with contractors for larger projects, and maintain safe working areas while complying with building codes and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to handle emergency situations and after-hours work.

Responsibilities
