VervLife is seeking a Maintenance Technician for The Dome Apartments in London. You will perform routine maintenance on electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems and respond to resident requests to keep the property safe and comfortable.

Work with external contractors for larger projects, maintain toolkit organization, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
