Recruitment Consultant II at Planet Pharma

Shift Pattern: Rotating Shifts

Contract Type: Temporary (12 months)

Responsibilities:

1. Carry out front-line maintenance on a wide range of production equipment.
2. Respond quickly to breakdowns and carry out follow-up work to prevent repeat issues.
3. Support continuous improvement initiatives using performance data like downtime and OEE.
4. Assist with the integration of new equipment and technology into the site.
5. Work on systems such as HVAC, compressed air, boilers, chillers, and process machinery.
6. Maintain high standards of health & safety, GMP, and housekeeping.
7. Record work carried out on the maintenance management system.
8. Support and monitor service contractors when needed.
9. Ensure changes to equipment are accurately recorded and documented.

Requirements:

• Strong background in mechanical and electrical maintenance.
• Good understanding of site utilities and infrastructure (e.g., HVAC, fire systems, LV systems).
• Comfortable working in a regulated or controlled environment.
• Familiar with 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS-7671).
• Experience with PLCs, SCADA, and CMMS (e.g., Maximo) is a bonus.
• Competent with MS Office; CAD and MS Project skills are an advantage.
• CompEx training or awareness is desirable.
