Roles and Responsibilities

* Maximise machine output and ensure all manufacturing processes operate within their designed specifications.
* Collaborate with team members to drive continuous improvements in manufacturing performance.
* Provide hands-on engineering and operational support within the production area.
* Set up machinery to meet product specifications and performance targets.
* Maintain and calibrate automated inspection systems.
* Diagnose faults and implement effective corrective actions.
* Perform routine machine inspections and respond promptly to minor breakdowns.
* Carry out preventative maintenance to minimise downtime and extend equipment lifespan.

* Respond efficiently to major equipment breakdowns, ensuring swift resolution.
* Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards, as well as Food Safety, legal requirements, GMP, and all company policies and procedures.
* Assemble and prepare sub-components as part of production requirements.
* Undertake any additional tasks reasonably assigned by the Manager.
