Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine and reactive maintenance on manufacturing equipment at the Flixton site in the UK. The role requires NVQ Level 3 in mechanical or electrical engineering and offers 4 on 4 off days and nights shifts with overtime opportunities.

You will support mechanical, electrical and general maintenance, work closely with the Engineering Team, and contribute to improving equipment reliability and production efficiency.

Role Overview:

About you:

We are seeking a proactive and motivated individual with a minimum of an NVQ Level 3 in either mechanical or electrical engineering who is ready to take the next step in their career.

We welcome candidates with a background in manufacturing who are eager for a new challenge and have experience in both planned and reactive maintenance roles.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to root cause analysis and problem-solving, possess excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues at all levels, and be a true team player who is keen to learn from others, share knowledge and support the wider team.
