Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group in Dronfield invites applications for a multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer with a mechanical or electrical bias. The role is split 50/50 between reactive and planned maintenance across our bakery sites, with 4 on 4 off shifts (2 days, 2 nights).

You will fix mixers, conveyors and packaging equipment, plan maintenance work, and support with breakdowns to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have experience within planned maintenance and has worked in the food production industry.
• We are seeking someone who can be flexible and has a can do attitude.

Key Skills/Qualifications

• Strong mechanical or electrical skills
• Experience in food production or a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with NVQ Level 3 in or Mechanical or electrical Engineering
• Experience in a planned and reactive maintenance
