Job summary

Ibis London Wembley, part of the Accor network, is hiring a Maintenance Team Member. You will perform general repairs across the hotel, carry out painting and decorating, support preventative maintenance, and keep guest rooms and public areas in excellent condition.

The role is full-time, permanent, 5 days per week, with expected start mid-November 2026 and a salary up to £30,014.40 per year. Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.

• Minimum 1 year of relevant hands-on experience in maintenance.
• Service oriented with an eye for details.
• Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team.
• Self-motivated and energetic.
• Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times.

Responsibilities

Job Description

You must be eligible to live and work in the UK to apply for this position and be in possession of a current work visa. In line with the requirements set by the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. Documented evidence of the eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.

Full Time Contract, Permanent, 5 days per week. Expected Start Date: Mid-November 2026 (TBC), salary of up to£30,014.40 per year.

Who We're Looking For

• Previous maintenance, facilities or property maintenance experience
• Good all-round repair and DIY skills
• A proactive approach and strong attention to detail
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Painting and decorating experience is advantageous
• Basic knowledge of building maintenance, plumbing, electrical or carpentry works
