The Clermont Charing Cross Hotel in London is seeking a Maintenance Team Leader to oversee hands-on maintenance operations and guide a team in providing uninterrupted hotel services. You will lead by example, ensuring guest rooms, plant rooms and all areas run smoothly through planned and reactive work.

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure all areas meet health, safety, and legal standards.
• Assist with cost control and supplier management to maintain a well-functioning department.

What you’ll be doing

As Maintenance Team Leader, you will play a hands‑on role in maintaining the smooth operation of our beautiful hotel. From the guest rooms to the plant room, and everything in between, you’ll ensure the hotel is always running at its best.

You’ll lead by example, inspiring your team to carry out planned and reactive maintenance with precision and pride. Whether it’s fixing a small issue or supporting larger projects, your expertise and attention to detail will contribute to creating a seamless and extraordinary guest experience.
