London and Quadrant Housing Trust is seeking a Maintenance Team Manager to lead a team of supervisors and frontline staff across its reactive maintenance service. Based in London with hybrid working, the role focuses on delivering high-quality repairs, managing KPIs and ensuring excellent customer service while working with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent understanding of a DLO offering.
• Experience leading and motivating a large maintenance team.
• Knowledge of reactive repairs.
• Track record of delivering customer service and resident satisfaction against KPIs.
• Knowledge of relevant standards and legislation.
• Experience implementing and maintaining Health and Safety, including working at heights, manual handling, asbestos and day-to-day compliance.
• Demonstrable financial acumen and commercial awareness.
• Ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
