Job summary

ATA Recruitment is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Birmingham to lead a team of four engineers in a highly automated manufacturing environment. The role includes planning, coordinating maintenance, and driving TPM while reducing downtime.

The package features £60,000 basic salary plus £70,000 OTE and 4 on 4 off shifts including days and nights, with OEM training and clear progression into senior roles. The successful candidate will have an engineering qualification

Qualifications

• Experience leading a maintenance team in automated manufacturing
• Proven ability to plan and coordinate maintenance activities
• Experience with preventative and reactive maintenance
• Knowledge of TPM and continuous improvement practices
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Leading and supporting 4 engineers
• Planning and coordinating maintenance
• Managing PPM and reactive maintenance
• Reducing breakdowns and downtime
• Driving TPM and continuous improvement
• Supporting automated production equipment
• Fault investigation and corrective actions
• Managing maintenance records and spares
• Ensuring high H&S standards
• Working closely with Production
