Job Role:

Multi Skilled Electrical Bias Maintenance Engineer Team Leader. You will be responsible for carrying out reactive, preventative, and proactive maintenance for electrical and mechanical equipment onsite.

Typical Duties will involve:

• Provide team leadership and manage the day-to-day workload, PPMs, and TPMs.
• Drive improvement and upskilling throughout the maintenance team.
• Monitor issues, KPIs, and coordinate workloads with structured duties.
• Proactively carry out planned maintenance duties.
• Assist with breakdowns when needed, communicate clearly with affected parties, and work efficiently to resolve issues.
• Manage new installations of electrical and mechanical machinery.
• Adhere to health & safety, and food safety procedures.
• Maintain documentation, log all breakdowns and servicing work.
• Be multi-skilled with pneumatic and hydraulic experience.
• Work with equipment ranging from sensors, hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, and robotics.
• Experience with Siemens PLC and ABB robots.
• Health and safety conscious.
• Experience with automation.
• Previous experience leading and developing a team is essential.
