Job Role:

Multi-skilled Electrical Bias Maintenance Engineer Team Leader responsible for reactive, preventative, and proactive maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment onsite.

Typical Duties:

1. Provide team leadership and manage daily workload, PPMs, and TPMs.
2. Drive continuous improvement and upskilling within the maintenance team.
3. Monitor issues, KPIs, and coordinate workloads with structured duties.
4. Proactively carry out planned maintenance tasks.
5. Assist with breakdowns, communicate effectively with affected parties, and work efficiently to resolve issues.
6. Manage new installations of electrical and mechanical machinery.
7. Ensure adherence to health & safety and food safety procedures.
8. Maintain documentation, log breakdowns, and servicing work.

Desirable Experience:

• Multi-skilled with pneumatic and hydraulic experience.
• Experience with sensors, hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, and robotics.
• Knowledge of Siemens PLC and ABB robotics.
• Health and safety conscious.
• Experience with automation.
• Previous team leadership and development experience is essential.
