Maintenance Team Leader - Birmingham

Shift Rotation: 3 shifts: 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am (Monday to Friday)

A globally recognized high-volume manufacturer is currently looking to strengthen their Maintenance department with the appointment of a Maintenance Team Leader.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

1. Work well in teams within a manufacturing environment.
2. Demonstrate good leadership capabilities and supervisory experience.
3. Have previous manufacturing experience.
4. Possess robot and PLC knowledge.
5. Have pneumatics and hydraulics experience.
6. Serve a recognized engineering apprenticeship.
7. Demonstrate electrical and mechanical skills, and be methodical in work.
8. Have previous experience as a Maintenance Engineer.
