Job summary

A globally recognized manufacturer is seeking a Maintenance Team Leader to enhance its team in Shropshire. Ideal candidates will have strong leadership and supervisory experience along with technical skills in robots, PLCs, and a completion of a recognized engineering apprenticeship. This role requires a methodical approach and relevant manufacturing experience to ensure operational success.

A globally recognised high-volume manufacturer is currently looking to strengthen their Maintenance department with the appointment of a Maintenance Team Leader.

As a Maintenance Team Leader, you must be able to work well in teams and have previous experience within a manufacturing environment.

Working from their facility in Shropshire, the Maintenance Team Leader will have the following:

1. Good leadership capabilities
2. Supervisory experience
3. Previous manufacturing experience
4. Robot & PLC knowledge
5. Pneumatics & Hydraulics experience

The successful candidate should have served a recognised engineering apprenticeship.

You should be able to demonstrate electrical and mechanical skills and be methodical in your work.
