Due to recent promotions within the group they are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join the site. With sites across the worldwide and financial stability there is unlimited opportunity to progress on the site directly and within the business globally depending on your needs.

The Role

• Managing a team of Maintenance Engineers
• Be responsible for attending meetings with the client onsite
• Working closely with the Site Manager - looking at breakdown reports and site KPIs
• Looking after development programmes for engineers on site

The Candidate

In a Maintenance Supervisor we are looking for:

• A recognised engineering qualification
• Someone with previous leadership experience
• Confident using office tools inc Excel etcStrong communicator with the engineering team and liaising with site customer
