ATA Recruitment Ltd, on behalf of a major systems integrator in the warehousing sector, seeks a Maintenance Supervisor in Stoke-On-Trent. The role offers a £55,000 annual package, private healthcare, and progression opportunities within a global group.

The successful candidate will lead Maintenance Engineers, attend client onsite meetings, collaborate with the Site Manager on breakdowns and KPIs, and drive on-site engineer development through training programmes.

Qualifications

• Recognised engineering qualification required.
• Previous leadership experience is essential.
• Confident using office tools incl. Excel.
• Strong communication with engineering team and site customer.

Responsabilités

• Managing a team of Maintenance Engineers
• Attending meetings with the client onsite
• Working closely with the Site Manager – reviewing breakdown reports and site KPIs
• Developing programmes for engineers on site
