Job summary

The Tower Hotel, part of Clermont Hotel Group in London, is seeking a Maintenance Team Leader to join our on-site team. This full-time hourly-paid position ensures the smooth operation of our 4-star property overlooking the Thames, with 801 bedrooms, restaurants, bars and meeting venues.

You will manage hands-on maintenance across guest rooms and plant room, coordinating with engineering and housekeeping to keep facilities in top condition.

• Experience leading maintenance teams in a hotel or similar facility.
• Ability to manage preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.
