A leading company in student accommodation seeks a Facilities Team Leader to manage maintenance services and ensure a high-quality living environment for students. Location: Medway
Salary: £28,898 - £34,727 per annum (depending on experience), plus bonus and benefits
Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Facilities Team Leaders work 5 days out of 7, between 8am and 8pm. Weekends will be required on a rota basis.
