Grounds Maintenance Team Leader Required - Leicester Area

A garden maintenance team leader is required by one of the UK's leading horticulture and grounds maintenance specialists.

1. Responsibilities: Leading a small mobile team, including duties such as grass/lawn cutting, edging, strimming, hedge cutting, litter picking, weed control, and all gardening/grounds maintenance tasks, using mowers and powered tools.
2. Requirements: Experience in grounds maintenance and a valid driver's license are essential. You must have your own transport as this is a mobile role.
3. Employment details: Permanent roles are available after a successful probation period. The hourly rate is GBP 14.29.
4. Team leadership: You will lead a mobile team of two or three workers.
5. Working hours: 7 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
6. Start date: Immediate starts available.
