Job summary

Village Hotel Club is seeking a Maintenance Team Leader to keep our hotels and leisure clubs in top condition. You will be on hand to fix issues in guest rooms, ensure the pool area and gyms operate seamlessly, and keep public areas looking fresh and inviting.

This varied role combines hands-on maintenance with leadership, coaching colleagues, and coordinating with contractors to achieve cost-effective solutions. You will play a key part in delivering the high standards our guests expect.

Qualifications

• General maintenance experience required.
• Delivery of excellent customer service.
• Ability to show others what a good job looks like.
• Proactive, quick thinking and adept at identifying and fixing maintenance issues.
• Build good relationships with contractors and suppliers to ensure cost-effective outcomes.
• Ability to work well under pressure and be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team to keep hotels and leisure clubs in top condition.
• Fix issues in guest rooms to ensure faultless stays and smooth operations of pools, gyms and public areas.
• Coordinate with contractors to achieve safe, cost-effective upkeep and improvements.
• Provide hands-on maintenance support and training to colleagues.
