Job summary

Village Hotels Swansea is seeking a hospitality-focused team member who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety in our leisure facilities.

You will help keep public areas pristine, support gym and pool areas, respond to alarms, and ensure member safety with a proactive and friendly approach. DBS checks apply, and you’ll join a fun, inclusive team.

Qualifications

• Passion for hospitality, leisure and fitness.
• Ability to talk to everyone and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Solutions oriented with eye for spotting issues before they happen.
• Ability to work in compliance with company and legal guidelines, keeping yourself, colleagues and customers safe.

Responsibilities

• Keep public areas, studios, gym floor and poolside clean and well-presented.
• Maintain hygiene standards and refine guest experience, respond to poolside alarms.
• Take action to ensure guest safety and perform pool rescues as needed.
• Support a lively, friendly and inclusive environment and participate in team events.
