Vestas Celtic Wind Technology, based in Seaham, UK, seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a skilled team maintaining, repairing, and calibrating wind-turbine tools and equipment. You will drive safety, efficiency, and service quality across UK & Ireland operations.

Responsibilities include coordinating daily activities, supervising technicians, and ensuring compliance with procedures, health and safety standards. The role offers career development within a global renewable leader.

Qualificações

• Engineering qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Maintenance, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Experience in maintenance, workshop, service, manufacturing, or engineering environments.
• Experience coordinating teams or supervising technicians.
• Strong maintenance planning, workload prioritisation, and resource management.
• Proficient in SAP or other maintenance software.
• Ability to read technical docs and drawings.
• Commitment to health, safety, environment and quality standards.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and prioritise maintenance team's daily activities safely and efficiently.
• Lead and develop technicians with technical guidance and training.
• Monitor workloads and service delivery to meet objectives.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Act as key liaison with stakeholders and communicate progress.
• Drive safety, continuous improvement, and best practices.
• Manage maintenance records, inventory, and departmental projects.
