Job summary

Peaple Talent in Willenhall, West Midlands, is seeking a Maintenance Team Lead to support the safe and efficient operation of plant and equipment. You will lead a small maintenance team, oversee preventative maintenance, and contribute to fault-finding and breakdown repairs.

The role requires substantial maintenance engineering experience in manufacturing or heavy industry, with supervisory responsibility and strong electrical diagnostic skills. Heavy equipment experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

Extensive maintenance engineering experience in manufacturing or heavy industry.
Supervisory/leadership experience in a maintenance setting.
Strong electrical diagnostic skills; related qualifications are advantageous.
Experience with heavy equipment (cranes/hoists) is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate a maintenance team to ensure safe, efficient plant operation.
Oversee preventive maintenance, inspections and records.
Support electrical fault-finding and breakdown repairs as needed.
Coordinate contractors and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
