Qualifications

• Experience leading a maintenance team in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Strong hands-on maintenance background within engineering/manufacturing environments.
• Proactive with continuous improvement and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate planned and reactive maintenance activities.
• Manage the PPM schedule to maximise equipment reliability and minimise downtime.
• Support fault finding, breakdown response and continuous improvement projects.
• Develop, motivate and manage the maintenance team.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs and promote a strong health & safety culture.
• Collaborate with Production and Engineering teams to achieve operational targets.
