Job summary

Clarion Housing Group is seeking a Maintenance Surveyor to cover Chichester, Guildford, Bracknell and surrounding areas. You will handle pre/post-inspections and prepare reports for repairs, voids and cyclical works, while engaging with customers and stakeholders.

The role requires a Diploma in Surveying, Property and Maintenance Level 3 and membership in a professional body such as RICS or CIOB. This position is based across the region with a strong emphasis on delivering quality, timely work.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Surveying, Property and Maintenance Level 3 required.
• Membership of a recognised body (e.g. RICS or CIOB) desirable.
• Ability to travel across the region as required and work to KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre/post-inspection and reporting for responsive repairs, void works and cyclical repairs.
• Plan and coordinate repair, maintenance and construction work to meet cost, time and quality targets.
• Undertake building and technical surveys to identify defects and risks and make recommendations.
• Carry out major void inspections and ensure works align with KPIs.
