Job summary

Clarion Housing Group is seeking a Maintenance Surveyor to cover Chichester, Guildford, Bracknell and surrounding areas. You will conduct pre/post-inspections and compile reports for responsive repairs, void works and cyclical repairs, coordinating activities to meet cost, time and quality targets.

You will carry out building and technical surveys to determine condition, identify defects and risks, and perform major void inspections with recommendations.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Surveying, Property and Maintenance Level 3 is required.
• Membership of a professional body such as RICS or CIOB is expected.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre/post-inspections and prepare reports for responsive repairs, void works and cyclical repairs.
• Plan and coordinate repair, maintenance and construction work to meet cost, time and quality standards.
• Undertake building and technical surveys to determine condition and identify defects and associated risks.
• Carry out major void inspections and provide recommendations based on survey findings.
• Engage with customers, leaseholders and internal/external stakeholders.
