Job summary

Clarion Housing Group Limited is seeking a Maintenance Surveyor to cover Chichester, Guildford, Bracknell and surrounding areas. You will report to the Neighbourhood Repairs Manager and manage pre/post-inspections and reporting for responsive repairs, voids and cyclical works.

You will plan repairs to meet cost, time and quality standards, carry out surveys to determine condition and defects, perform major void inspections and ensure KPI-aligned delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Surveying, Property and Maintenance Level 3.
• Member of a relevant professional body such as RICS or CIOB.

Responsibilities

• Carry out pre/post-inspections and reports for responsive repairs, void works and cyclical repairs.
• Plan and coordinate repair, maintenance and construction work to meet cost, time and quality targets.
• Undertake building and technical surveys to determine condition and identify defects and risks.
• Carry out major void inspections and ensure work meets KPIs and make recommendations from survey findings.
