Qualifications

• Significant experience in a Maintenance & Reliability role within a manufacturing environment.
• Detailed knowledge of Maintenance & Reliability tools and systems including FMEA, RCM, and CMMS.
• Knowledgeable about all types of Welding and Non-Destructive Testing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the highest levels of Safety, Health and Environment performance for Maintenance activities.
• Lead and develop a High-Performance team of Maintenance Technicians and Contractors.
• Support the Capital plan to deliver projects enhancing site performance.
