Hunter Selection Limited is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing engineering function in a fast-paced Severnside manufacturing site. This leadership role drives maintenance strategy, reliability, and CI across a critical production area.

You will develop teams, improve equipment uptime, and deliver world-class manufacturing standards while working closely with operations to meet production targets and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Engineering/Manufacturing leadership roles.
• Experience in preventive maintenance strategies.
• Track record of improving reliability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop engineering team to ensure safe, reliable operations.
• Create and deliver maintenance strategies to maximise plant reliability.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce downtime and costs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Manage budgets, resources and capital projects.
• Support production targets and business objectives.
• Promote culture of innovation and engineering excellence.
