Qualifications

• Good understanding of electrical control principles and hardware.
• Experience with AC/DC motors, drives, and PLC fault finding.
• Proven ability to manage projects and multi-skill maintenance teams.
• Resilience to work under pressure and maintain safe production.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards.
• Provide hands-on support to multiskilled technicians across shifts.
• Monitor and maintain site services: HV switchgear, distribution, water, compressors.
• Support projects from technical spec to delivery: new machines, retrofits.
• Drive maintenance metrics: PM completion, downtime, MTBF improvements.
• Apply lean/CI methods to cut costs and improve performance.
• Identify innovative electrical solutions to maintenance challenges.
