Job summary

Hunter Selection is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Merthyr Tydfil for a well-established manufacturing business. You will lead a team of multiskilled engineers on shift, ensuring continuous production while implementing preventative maintenance and timely breakdown repairs.

The role focuses on improving equipment reliability, applying continuous improvement, and upholding health & safety practices across the site.

Qualifications

• Experience as Maintenance Supervisor or similar in manufacturing.
• Strong fault finding on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Proven ability to lead and develop engineering team.
• Commitment to health and safety standards.
• Experience with preventative maintenance schedules.

Responsibilities
