Job summary

Qualifications

• SSSTS certification is essential for the role.
• Experience supervising maintenance programmes in social housing or similar.
• Ability to lead a multi-trade team and coordinate workloads.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise, and monitor daily repair and maintenance activities.
• Lead and support a team of multi-trade operatives to meet targets.
• Allocate workloads and manage resources across the programme.
• Carry out site inspections and quality checks for standards compliance.
• Monitor progress against KPIs and address delivery risks.
• Ensure work aligns with health and safety regulations and company procedures.
• Manage customer concerns through to resolution.
• Liaise with tenants and contractors to ensure service delivery.
