Job summary

Regen Solutions in Winchester is seeking a Senior Supervisor/Voids Manager to lead a South Responsive Maintenance contract based out of Winchester. Responsibilities include delivering safe, compliant, and profitable responsive repairs across DTD, Voids, Planned and Disrepair works.

You will manage a multi-disciplinary team, ensure KPI targets, and maintain excellent client relationships while driving growth opportunities for the contract.

Qualifications

• HNC (or equivalent) in Construction or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years' experience leading a unit/contract.
• SMSTS or IOSH qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract to meet performance, delivery, quality, and margin targets.
• Manage all aspects of service delivery, ensuring on-time, on-cost, and quality.
• Own financial performance of the contract – turnover, margin & profitability.
• Lead and develop a high performing multi-disciplinary team.
• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety, SHEQ, and contractual obligations.
• Drive customer satisfaction and manage complaints swiftly.
• Deliver KPI performance and produce weekly and monthly reports.
• Build relationships with clients, commercial teams and internal stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for contract growth and new business.
• Lead inductions, 1-2-1s, PDRs, toolbox talks and team briefing.
