Job summary

Stirling Warrington Limited, Banbury, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our world-class manufacturing facility. You will lead a team of 15 multi-skilled maintenance engineers, coordinate with contractors, and ensure breakdown data is recorded and discussed in production meetings.

Responsibilities include reviewing RAMS, scheduling planned maintenance, ordering parts, and managing the CMMS system.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as an industrial maintenance supervisor/team leader.
• Time served apprenticeship is highly beneficial.
• Qualified to a minimum of Level 3 in maintenance (NVQ, City and Guilds, HNC/HND).
• Experience in FMCG / Food manufacturing would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of a team of 15 multi-skilled maintenance engineers.
• Liaising with contractors and recording breakdown data.
• Presenting in production meetings, reviewing RAMS.
• Scheduling planned maintenance and ordering parts and spares.
• Management of a CMMS system.
