Job summary

Stirling Warrington Ltd is seeking a multi skilled Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias for our Wellingborough facility. The role involves planned and reactive maintenance across bespoke machinery in an FMCG environment, on a three-shift pattern (6am–2pm, 8am–4pm, 2pm–10pm) with no nights or weekends.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years as an electrically biased maintenance engineer and holds a relevant maintenance qualification.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an electrically biased maintenance engineer.
• Ideally FMCG/food manufacturing background; other sectors also welcomed.
• Proactive with hands-on problem solving and willingness to take on tasks.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across mills, robots, roasters, blow lines and blenders.
• Contribute to continuous improvements and team projects to reduce downtime.
