The Witherslack Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee a maintenance team at a school in Tonbridge. You will supervise skilled staff to carry out maintenance and general repairs, ensure Health & Safety compliance, and liaise with the Regional Property Manager while supporting the school leadership.
The role requires experience managing a site, hands-on maintenance ability, and a proactive, team-focused attitude with early start times (8am).

Youll be doing your bit to make sure the school building is a great place to be for our people.Get out what you put in Youll supervise a skilled team to carry out maintenance and general repairs, together, youll fix problems and keep school grounds neat and tidy. Youll make sure the school meets Health & Safety regulations, undertake safety inspections and keep up to date with any issues. As Supervisor, youll liaise with the Regional Property Manager and support the Head Teacher at the school.One of the best environments in SEND Hilden Park school is a purpose built, brand new, state of the art school, catering primarily for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Aspergers and Speech, and Communication needs.
