Job summary

The Witherslack Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee a maintenance team at a school in Tonbridge. You will supervise skilled staff to carry out maintenance and general repairs, ensure Health & Safety compliance, and liaise with the Regional Property Manager while supporting the school leadership.

The role requires experience managing a site, hands-on maintenance ability, and a proactive, team-focused attitude with early start times (8am).

Qualifications

• Experience managing a site is essential.
• Maintenance skills appreciated, either professional or DIY.
• Able to supervise maintenance workers and contractors.
• Willing to start the day early (8am).

Responsibilities

• Supervise a skilled maintenance team to carry out repairs and general upkeep.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and inspections are carried out.
• Liaise with the Regional Property Manager and support the Head Teacher at the school.
• Keep school grounds neat, tidy and compliant with safety standards.
