I am recruiting for a Maintenance Supervisor to join an established FMCG manufacturer. The role involves leading the maintenance team, overseeing planned and reactive maintenance, minimizing downtime, and driving continuous improvement. This hands-on role requires a strong manufacturing background, ensuring machinery runs efficiently while working closely with production teams to maintain high operational standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
