Maintenance Supervisor - Day Shift Milton Keynes - £55,000 - £65,000 DOE

Shift Pattern - Monday to Friday

We're looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to take a leading role on the day shift at a modern, highly automated manufacturing site in Milton Keynes. If you're a driven engineer ready to step up and make a real impact in a forward-thinking environment, this could be your next big move.

The Role:

As a Supervisor, you'll be the technical lead on your shift, responsible for:

1. Performing planned and reactive maintenance on production and packaging machinery
2. Leading on fault-finding and diagnostics - with a strong multiskilled focus (electrical bias ideal)
3. Working closely with production and site teams to drive equipment efficiency and uptime
4. Championing continuous improvement and contributing to engineering projects
5. Ensuring all work meets H&S and food safety standards
6. Supporting and mentoring colleagues, creating a proactive, reliable shift culture

What You'll Need:

• A background in food/FMCG manufacturing
• Proven experience in a senior or lead engineer position
• A strong multiskilled engineering profile, ideally with PLC knowledge (Allen Bradley or Siemens a bonus)
• A solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a wider team
