Job Description

Our OEM Client based in Fen End, Coventry, is seeking a Proving Ground Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. This is an Inside IR35, 12-month contract position initially lasting until 31st March 2026, with potential for extension.

Umbrella Pay Rate: Up to £29.51 per hour.

The Proving Ground Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and operational readiness of the proving ground facilities and equipment. Key responsibilities include managing maintenance schedules, supervising maintenance staff, ensuring safety standards, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
