Johnson Controls in Frome, UK is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of technicians, plan and execute preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance, and drive improvements to asset reliability and availability.
You will collaborate with Production, Engineering and Quality to minimise downtime, uphold health and safety standards, and deliver reliable operations across a global organisation with strong development opportunities.
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead a team of maintenance technicians to ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of manufacturing equipment and site facilities. You will be responsible for coordinating planned and reactive maintenance activities, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring maintenance standards are consistently achieved. Working closely with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams, you will support operational performance by minimising downtime, improving equipment reliability, and maintaining a strong safety culture. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will balance people management, technical expertise, and operational priorities to deliver business objectives.
