Johnson Controls in Stockport is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead the Manufacturing Engineering and Tooling Design teams, driving CAPEX projects and continuous improvement to boost productivity and quality.
You will collaborate with Production and Quality teams on problem-solving, lead Lean initiatives and automation improvements, and oversee budget, safety and KPI reporting.
As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you will lead projects and initiatives to resolve key manufacturing and process issues and achieve site goals and objectives. You will oversee the Manufacturing Engineering and Tooling Design teams, developing effective engineering systems, processes and procedures while supporting production in key operational areas. The role will also drive CAPEX projects, automation initiatives and continuous improvement activities to improve productivity, quality, delivery and cost performance.
