Safran is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for its Wolverhampton site to coordinate and prioritise planned and reactive maintenance through the CMMS system, manage resources and lead daily team communications.
You will drive continuous improvement, support breakdown investigations and implement long-term solutions to enhance equipment reliability and performance within a manufacturing setting.
Triage incoming Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) work orders to assign labour for reactive and planned tasks optimising the resource available. Conduct daily team meetings to gather data, address concerns, and keep performance visuals up to date. Review CMMS work orders with maintenance technicians, ensuring they have the tools and support to be effective in their roles. Provide seamless shift handovers and log critical updates. Perform hands‑on maintenance duties matching your technical expertise when required. Assist the Equipment Performance team in breakdown investigations to identify permanent fixes and continuous improvement opportunities. Support the team in the procurement and tracking of maintenance and repair parts.
