Lead International Talent Acquisition & HRBP @OYO Workspaces

Key Responsibilities:

• Routine Maintenance: Perform general repair and maintenance work, including carpentry, minor electrical and plumbing tasks, and formwork.
• Preventive Maintenance: Carry out Pro-Active Periodic Maintenance (PPM) across the property to prevent equipment failures and ensure optimal operation.
• Emergency Repairs: Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests, addressing issues such as leaks, power outages, or structural damage.
• Safety Compliance: Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including the safe disposal of hazardous waste products.
• Coordination with Contractors: In the absence of the Line Manager/Supervisor, liaise with external contractors regarding small reactive projects.
• Stock Management: Actively manage carpentry stock and maintain accurate records for ordering purposes.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and inspections.
