Job Description:

Reporting to the Senior Reactive Engineer, the Reactive Fire Engineer will be essential to the 1FM Fire contract, working permanent night shifts. The role focuses on reactive fire maintenance, based at Pirin Court Depot, E16 4TL.

Reactive Fire Engineer Responsibilities:

• Fault maintenance and rectification, including alarms, suppression, and detection systems
• Complete all work to a high standard (first-time fix)
• Attend to and rectify daily faults on the 1FM Fire contract
• Keep the Senior Reactive Engineer informed of issues and progress
• Promote a safe working environment on-site
• Assist with scheduling and work allocation

Candidate Profile:

We seek an engineer with a strong background in fault maintenance and rectification, available for permanent night shifts on a 4 on, 4 off schedule. Candidates should have:

• Availability for night shifts from 7 pm to 7 am
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Knowledge of isolations and faults related to the 1FM Fire contract
• Experience in reactive maintenance environments
• Ability to work independently or in teams across multiple sites
