Southern Housing is seeking an organised Scheduler for our Direct Services team to book, manage and complete repairs efficiently. You will oversee the scheduling diary, liaise with residents and contractors, and ensure accurate records while delivering a right-first-time repair experience.

Based in Maidstone or Sittingbourne with the option for hybrid working, you will support service standards and excellent customer care, contributing to improved first-time fix rates and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience scheduling or coordinating work in a maintenance, housing or repairs environment.
• Experience delivering a front line, customer focused service.
• Good numeracy and literacy skills, with the ability to manage data accurately.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• The ability to plan and prioritise your workload and manage competing demands.
• Confidence using IT systems and standard office software.
• Experience working in a housing management or maintenance environment (desirable but not essential).
• An understanding of, and commitment to, resident involvement, equality and customer care.
