Job summary

Southern Housing in Maidstone is seeking a Scheduler to coordinate repairs and maintenance appointments for residents and contractors onsite. You will schedule bookings, ensure accurate records, and communicate with residents and staff.

The role requires allocating jobs to operatives and contractors based on availability and skills, updating the scheduling system, and liaising with residents, contractors and internal teams to confirm appointments. Temp to perm opportunity.
